This was one of those quintessential travel moments.
Riding camels over the desert dunes. Watching the sun set in a blaze of red and orange. The absolute stillness of the earth at that moment.
Fantastic photo Gillian! We can’t wait until we get to India!

Such a gorgeous photo! Riding a camel is one of those things that sounds cool in theory but I’m sure would be incredibly uncomfortable. But yes, it definitely sounds like a special travel moment.

It’s actually not uncomfortable Ali! Camels have a very comfortable gait so it’s not difficult at all. The smelly farts and bad breath are the worst part of it!!
What an incredible photo – more motivation for me to get to India!

What a lovely photo and such a wonderful time of day to be in that exact spot to capture it. This is of course on my travel bucket list!

Love it! Especially how the sun is kinda peeking out. :)
Hi! We're Gillian and Jason. In January 2013 we left our 'home and native land' for untold adventures in far away lands. Our plan is loose at best; our only goals are freedom and happiness. Follow along as we make, and tell, our stories.
