I Did It! I Wrote a Book!

I did it. It’s done. I have actually produced something that is of use to people. Yay!!

I told you last week about how Howard and I had to make our peace and it turns out that our new partnership is working well. I’m proud of how this has turned out, I’m super pleased with the content and how it’s presented, and I’m really happy that I managed to get it done. I’m going to bottle up all these feelings so I can dip into them later and remind myself how good it feels to get through the Dark Forest and how lush and green the Happy Playground is.

Anyway, on to the book!!

I actually launched How to Find the Perfect Vacation Rental on Friday. I grabbed myself a beer (of course!), checked that everything was working as it should, and set off to email friends, family, and colleagues to let them know that this book that they hardly knew I was writing was being released into the world.

Everyone has been so kind and generous in their well wishes and good thoughts. Thanks to all of you who took the time to send a kind word and those of you who shared the book link with your own friends and family. I really appreciate it!
